Timo Noack shares with us in this brief tutorial, how we can create Realistic Water Puddles in Cinema 4D and Octane. He starts by using an asphalt texture from Poliigon, and then he mixes two shaders with the octane Mix node which makes it possible for him to control the mix by either their value, color or texture. Then he creates mattes for showing the water puddles and edits some settings.
